Initial Steps

With A Better Care Option, the first step in designing a home care plan is to arrange a complimentary in-home nurse’s assessment and visit with the client and family members. During this visit, a licensed nurse will discuss and identify a client’s day to day activities and the impact of their symptoms so that a customized plan of care can be determined, to be implemented by our care team.
